I just did this, using my @debian.org address.  I wrote something
non-political, simply offering moral support (given what you said about
censorship, it seems this is necessary).

If there were lots of similar messages submitted from @debian.org
addresses, that would be a nice way of expressing the values of our
organisation without making any political statement that could cause
harm to Dmitry's case.

When I hit the submit button on the form, I didn't get any kind of
confirmation message.  The form just cleared itself.  Has this been the
experience of others?
