Mantung Conservation Park is a protected area located in South Australia about 45 kilometres (28 mi) west of the town of Loxton.[2] The conservation park was proclaimed under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 on 16 October 2014 in respect to an area of land that:[2][3][4]

…complements a large network of adjoining Vegetation Heritage Agreements in the area which are well-managed by local farmers and the Mantung-Maggea Land Management Group (MMLMG) with support from the Murray Mallee Local Action Planning (MMLAP) group and Natural Resources SA Murray-Darling Basin (SAMDB).

The conservation park is reported as being important for the conservation of the following bird species - malleefowl, southern scrub robin, shy heathwren, inland thornbill, white-browed babbler and purple-gaped honeyeater.[2]
