César "Bombom" Augusto Oliveira de Almeida (born 6 January 1989) is a Brazilian handball goalkeeper.[1] He won a gold medal at the 2015 Pan American Games and competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics and at the 2013 and 2015 world championships. At the club level he plays in Spain.[2] On 23 May 2016. César signed for the Norwegian club ØIF Arendal.[3]
