Veselin Petrović (Serbian: Веселин Петровић, born July 1, 1977) is a retired Serbian professional basketball player.

Career

Petrović grew up with Bosna Sarajevo youth teams, in 1993 he moved to KK Vojvodina where he played two seasons, to FMP Železnik where he played for 4 years. In 1999 signed for Partizan Belgrade where he won three trophies. Later he played another season with FMP Železnik and one season for Budućnost. In 2004 he went to Belgium and played one season for Verviers-Pepinster and then to Oostende where he played until 2014.

Trophies

Petrović was member of the Serbia national basketball team at the 2001 European Championship where he won a gold medal. With Partizan Belgrade he won 2001-02 Yugoslav National Championship while in 2000 and 2002 the Yugoslav national cup. With FMP Železnik he also won Yugoslav national cup in 1997. With Oostende where he plays from 2005 he won Belgian Championships in 2006, 2007, 2012 and 2013 and Belgium Cups in 2008, 2010 and 2013.
