Shintotsukawa (新十津川町 Shintotsukawa-chō, "New Totsukawa") is a town located in Kabato District, Sorachi Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.

As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 7,539 and a population density of 15 persons per km². The total area is 495.62 km².

In 1890, the colonists from Totsukawa in Nara Prefecture reclaimed land.
