Model Management is a modeling agency based in Hamburg, Germany. Founded by Heidi Gross-[1] in 1990, it has been one of the most successful German agencies since it opened its doors.. It covers the entire range of high fashion and top commercial models. Additional features of the agency are press and PR work as well as scouting. Model Management works with Elite Model Look where they discovered top model turned actress Diane Kruger.
