The 1994 Massachusetts gubernatorial election was held on November 8, 1994. William Weld was re-elected Governor of Massachusetts by the largest margin in state history.

Primaries

William Weld ran unopposed for the Republican nomination.

The Democratic Primary was won by Mark Roosevelt, a State Representative and the great-grandson of President Theodore Roosevelt. He defeated State Senators George A. Bachrach and Michael J. Barrett.

Activist Bob Massie defeated State Representative Marc Draisen for the Democratic nomination for Lieutenant Governor.
