KUAZ is a radio station operated out of The University of Arizona that serves the Tucson, Arizona, metropolitan area. It operates on 1550 on the AM dial and 89.1 on the FM dial with a combination of news and National Public Radio format during the day and jazz in the evenings. KUAZ-FM has a translator 91.7 FM in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and simulcast as KUAZ on 1550 on the AM dial from sunrise to sunset only.

The AM station originally was a commercial operation known as KFIF, whose owner gave the daytime-only license to The University of Arizona when he obtained a 24-hour license at 580 AM and put KIKX on the air.

KUAZ is also available on the PlayStation Portable Internet Radio Application.
