Grabtown (formerly, Quitsna, the name of a nearby settlement) is an unincorporated community in Johnston County, North Carolina. It lies at an elevation of 26 feet (8 m) at 35°57′26″N 77°01′59″W / 35.95722°N 77.03306°W.

"Grabtown" is also known as Brogden by Johnston County residents
This Grabtown was the birthplace of actress Ava Gardner and is mentioned in "Grabtown Girl", a biography of the star by Doris Cannon.
