Gmina Dobre is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Mińsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Dobre, which lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Mińsk Mazowiecki and 48 km (30 mi) east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 124.85 square kilometres (48.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,938 (6,012 in 2013).
