Frank Rivera (athlete)

Francisco "Frank" Rivera Paniagua (born 9 March 1928 in San Juan, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican former sprinter who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics and in the 1956 Summer Olympics. He won a bronze medal in the 1959 Pan American Games 4×400 metres relay.[1]
