Davis Museum (The Davis Lisboa Mini-Museum of Contemporary Art) was founded in Barcelona and online in 2009, by Davis Lisboa. It is the smallest contemporary art museum in the world. It has its own permanent contemporary art collection, located in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). Davis Museum is also a ready-made sculpture and a collaborative and collective work of art. The Museum is a non-profit artistic project that organizes and produces exhibitions, encourages research and promotes contemporary art exhibitions all over the world. In Barcelona, the museum realises itself by showing one artwork of its collection at a time in a cube of acrylic glass.

Davis Museum has travelling exhibitions to other museums, cultural centers and institutions, nationally and internationally. The projects mission is the selection, presentation, study, dissemination and preservation of contemporary art by emerging and renowned artists from around the world. And also to question the notion of a museum. The Davis Museum collection of contemporary art has been recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya (Autonomous Community of Kingdom of Spain).[1]

Whenever Davis Museum receives a new work of art as donation for its collection, its founder, Davis Lisboa, tries to produce a video about the work in collaboration with the artist, the artwork, and with an art institution.
