David Edmund Talbot Garman

David Edmund Talbot Garman (born 1922) is a British inventor[1][2] and businessman based in Llanfihangel Rhydithon, near Dolau, in mid-Wales.[3]He invented a bath tub lift to assist people with mobility problems.[1]

Garman was the founder,[4] and is the former Chairman of Mangar International.[5][6]

Garman was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for “services to the healthcare industry” by Queen Elizabeth II in the 2015 New Year Honours.[3][7]
