Ashbourne College is an independent school and sixth form located in Kensington, London, England.[1][2]

Ashbourne was founded in 1981, and offers A-level and GCSE courses. The college is mixed and is affiliated to the CIFE[3] group of independent colleges. The students are drawn from all over the world, and currently has around half British and half International students.

Courses

Most students take two-year A-Level courses, but there is also a small number of GCSE students (known as the Middle School). Ashbourne also offers Easter revision courses, available to both internal and external students.[7]

Extra Curricular Activities

Ashbourne offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities, ranging from critical thinking seminars and an Astro Particle Physics Club to Bollywood dancing and Go Karting. There is an annual Christmas revue and several overseas trips each year.[3][8]

Fees and scholarships

The tuition fees for 2014-15 are £6,900 per term for home students and £7,500 [9] per term for overseas students. Ashbourne offers a limited number of partial scholarships, particularly in Drama and Music.[10][11][12]
