California Hot Springs is a census-designated place in Tulare County, California, United States.[3] California Hot Springs is 20 miles (32 km) east of Ducor.[4] California Hot Springs has a post office with ZIP code 93207.[5] The population was 37 at the 2010 census.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP covers an area of 0.7 square miles (1.9 km²), all of it land.

Demographics

The 2010 United States Census[6] reported that California Hot Springs had a population of 37. The population density was 49.5 people per square mile (19.1/km²). The racial makeup of California Hot Springs was 34 (91.9%) White, 0 (0.0%) African American, 0 (0.0%) Native American, 1 (2.7%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 0 (0.0%) from other races, and 2 (5.4%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3 persons (8.1%).

The Census reported that 37 people (100% of the population) lived in households, 0 (0%) lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0 (0%) were institutionalized.

There were 22 households, out of which 1 (4.5%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 9 (40.9%) were opposite-sex married couples living together, 1 (4.5%) had a female householder with no husband present, 0 (0%) had a male householder with no wife present.
