John Jones
John Jones, 1729 yılında doğup 1791 yılında ölen bir hekimdir. John Jones, Reims Üniversitesi'nden 1751 derecesi ile mezun oldu. John Jones, Percival Pott adlı okulda tıp okudu. Fransızlar ve Kızılderililer savaşında cerrahlık yaptı. Savaştan sonra yara tedavisi üzerine kitaplar yazdı. King's College ve Columbia Üniversitesi'nde bir tıp profesörü olarak görev yaptı.
