Gustave Boulanger

Gustave Clarence Rodolphe Boulanger, (d. 25 Nisan 1824 - ö. 22 Eylül 1888), Fransız klasik figür ressamı ve doğabilimcidir.[1]

Paris’te doğdu, Delaroche ve Jollivet’le çalıştı. Onun resimleri, zamanın akademik sanatının başlıca örnekleridir. Boulanger, İtalya, Yunanistan, ve Kuzey Afrika’yı ziyaret etmişti ve resimlerinde bu bölgelerin özelliklerini resimlerine yansıtmıştır. Hayatı boyunca birçok ödül almıştır.[2]
