# Molch pearl

Molch pearls are a stackable item which can be obtained while Aerial fishing. Each catch has a 1/100 to 1/75 chance of giving Molch pearls in addition to the player's catch, which scales based on the player's Fishing and Hunter levels. Players can also exchange a golden tench with Alry the Angler for 100 Molch pearls.

The chance of receiving a pearl is ${\displaystyle {\frac {1}{100-(X-40)*25/59}}}$, where ${\displaystyle X={\frac {Fishing\ level\times 2+Hunter\ level}{3}}}$. [1] Rada's Blessing does not affect the chances of receiving a Molch pearl. [2]

Molch pearls can be traded to Alry in his shop, Alry the Angler's Angling Accessories on Molch Island for equippable versions of fishing rods, pieces of the Angler's outfit, as well as for the fish sack.

Subtract the result from 100; that's your pearl chance. If X were 80, (100 - (((80-40) / 59) * 25)) = 84, i.e. 1/84 chance."
