Emerald Benedict is a non-player character in the south-west corner of the Rogues' Den, below The Toad and Chicken bar. He runs a bank. Players can interact with him as they can with any other banker, albeit with more humorous dialogue.
He stands near a fire that never goes out. He will never walk away from his spot, making him the closest bank to a Cooking-training location.
