Sami Efendi (Osmanlı Türkçesi: سامى افندي‎, Modern Türkçe: Hattat Mehmet Sâmi Efendi) (1837-1912), son dönem Osmanlı hattatı. Tuğra'nın son șekli Sultan II. Abdülhamid devrinde Sami Efendi tarafından oluşturulmuştur.[1]
