Correct, except that currently it tends to go into the oxygen system
instead.  (The water would have to be purified for drinking -- no, it's
not absolutely pure -- so it's simpler to send it into an electrolysis
unit and turn it into oxygen instead, dumping the hydrogen.  Saves having
to supply the space station with oxygen, which is less convenient to
handle.)
