This proposal is the action item to be executed after the passing of proposal 22.

After transferred fund of Ecosystem Pool to the Community Pool, flow of funding in Community Pool is managed by raising and passing proposals. This is a proposal to allocate funds (100M $Like under this proposal) from Community Pool to the wallets managed by Community Delegation Committee to carry out duties of the committee including supporting validators through community fund delegation.

This is the first Multi-signature (multisig) wallet managed by committee involving routine management of LikeCoin Chain. Other multisig wallets are expected to be created for other committees.

By voting YES to this proposal, 100M $Like in the Community Pool will be transferred to a Multi-signature (multisig) wallet, which address is cosmos1cd3rvuavswgf8p3t30vafpypg9n76evpuvmnxa, that is managed by members of the CDC. This multisig wallet can only be operated with at least consents from 4, out of 7 members of the CDC.
