A decentralized system to assess research, and distribute research resources will be created. It was described in (https://zenodo.org/record/60054/files/aes.pdf). Anonymous and/or pseudonymous researcher identities will allow researchers to experiment with unusual standpoints and opinions and still get money and reputation for it.
