We keep science honest.

Research devices will be connected to a blockchain database. This will leave an immutable proof of data acquisition including a timeline. The whole data process will become immutable and provable. The current valley between pre-registration of the study and publication of the research results will be bridged. We can expect, that this will increase the trustworthiness of research, prevent forging and deter biased viewings of the research results. New drug and approval studies will take on new credibility. Though the blockchain/real-world interface problem cannot be fixed, we believe that there is a big difference between manipulating hardware/sensors and simply dropping an outlier from an Excel-sheet.

We will provide interfaces, connectors and smart contracts to register devices on the blockchain for science and create documented time-stamped proofs of data acquisition.
