By voting YES to this proposal, all LikeCoin in the Ecosystem Pool will be transferred to the Community Pool.

Description:

This is a signaling proposal to transfer all LikeCoin in the Ecosystem Pool to the Community Pool which can only be managed by passing proposals.

Moving all pools of public fund to Community Pool is an important part of the plan to fully decentralize, achieving the goal to transform Republic of Liker Land to be fully governed by liquid democracy.

This proposal is the first step for the plan, and subsequent proposals will be raised to transfer the remaining public pools to Community Pool, and from Community Pool to multisig wallets of working teams.
