Product
LegalSquire, ZylTec's flagship product, is business software for managing all of a company's legal documents in one interface. Some of its abilities include:
- Track what a company owes and owns in one software program
- Monitor important dates and easily create reports
- Attach important documents and electronic files to related records
- Useful for due diligence and budgeting
The first version of LegalSquire provided for tracking contracts and agreements, copyrights, domain names, patents, and trademarks. With the advent of version 2, reporting and enhanced subscription functionality have been added, along with the ability to track invention disclosures.
