Zofia Odrowąż (1537–1580) was a Polish noble lady.
Daughter of castellan and voivode Stanisław Odrowąż and Anna of Masovia from the Piast dynasty.
She married Hetman Jan Krzysztof Tarnowski in 1555 and castellan and voivode Jan Kostka in 1569.
