Zakaria al-Agha

Zakaria al-Agha (born 1942) (Arabic:زكريا الاغا) also known as Abu Ammar is a member of Fatah's central committee and Palestine Liberation Organization-Executive Committee and the leader of Fatah in Gaza Strip.[1]

Biography

Al-Agha was born in Khan Yunis in 1942. He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, from Cairo University, in 1965. In 1971 he received a specialization in internal medicine. He was Chief of inner diseases Section in Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis 1974-1987. He was then Chief of inner diseases Section in Ahli Hospital in Gaza 1989-1993.
