Xavier Musca

Xavier Musca (born 23 February 1960 in Bastia, Corsica) is a French economist, writer, and public administrator. As of February 27, 2011, he is the Secretary-General of the French President Nicolas Sarkozy's Office. The two years before he was the deputy.
