William Howard, Viscount Andover

William Howard, styled by courtesy Viscount Andover (23 December 1714 – 15 July 1756) was a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons of Great Britain.

Biography

He was the first surviving son of Henry Bowes Howard, 11th Earl of Suffolk. From 1725 to 1728 he was educated at Eton College, and on 6 November 1736 he was married to Lady Mary Finch, daughter of Heneage Finch, 2nd Earl of Aylesford. They had one son and three daughters.

Andover was elected to Parliament as a Tory for Castle Rising on 16 April 1737. He was re-elected at the general election in 1741 but did not stand in 1747.
