WHPC is the radio station of Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York. WHPC began broadcasting on October 27, 1972. The first song played was "Listen to the Music" by the Doobie Brothers. Its flagship show is the Retro Mix, which features various students from the college playing music from the 1990's, the 2000's, and the 2010's.
