Vladan Radača (Serbian Cyrillic: Bлaдaн Paдaчa, born 15 July 1955) is a retired Serbian football manager and former player. He was a goalkeeper during his career, and in July 2012 he became the goalkeeping manager of FK Spartak Zlatibor Voda.

Born in Svilajnac, (SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia), during his career, he has played for Yugoslav clubs FK Bor, FK Radnički Pirot, FK Priština, FK Trepča, FK Rad and FK Željezničar Sarajevo, and Turkish Samsunspor.

He has played 5 times for the Yugoslavia national football team.[1]

After retiring he started his coaching career at FK Rad in 1993. Later he coached FK Sartid Smederevo, Greek clubs Aris Thessaloniki and Kastoria F.C., than back in Serbia with FK Radnički Niš, Red Star Belgrade, FK Mladi Radnik, FK Bežanija and in the meantime the FR Yugoslavia U-21 team. Later he worked for 6 years with Ethnikos Achna FC in Cypros, before moving back to Serbia in summer 2012 and joining FK Spartak Zlatibor Voda in the Serbian SuperLiga.[2]
