Vasily Likhachyov

Vasily Nikolayevich Likhachyov (Russian: Василий Николаевич Лихачёв; born 1952) is a Russian politician, formerly the Permanent Representative for Russia to the European Council,[1] and Deputy Minister of Justice in Russia. Since 2011 he is a Russian State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.[2]
