Uplands Cheese Company
Uplands Cheese Company is an artisan cheesemaker in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, U.S. It is run by Mike and Carol Gingrich. Andy Hatch is the head cheesemaker. ABC News called the business a great American creamery.[1] Their Pleasant Ridge Reserve was chosen by the Food Network's Simon Majumdar as one of the 10 best foods in the U.S.[2]
