Thomas E. Hom (born February 15, 1927) is an American politician in the state of California.[1] He served in the California House of Representatives from 1969 to 1971. He was also the first visible minority person to be elected to the San Diego City Council.[2][3] His father immigrated to California in 1909.[4]
