The Old Bell is a pub in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The building has been dated to 1325, making it the oldest building in Henley on Thames. It is a Grade II* listed building.[1]
History
The Old Bell is the oldest building in Henley on Thames, the crown post having been dated to 1325 using dendrochronology.[2][3] It became a public house in the 1760s and was known as The Duke of Cumberland. Before this it was in domestic use. [1]
