Taysan is a second class municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 38,007 people.[3]

Taysan borders the towns of Rosario and Ibaan in the north, to the east is part of Rosario, to the west is Batangas City and to the south is the municipality of Lobo.
