TES Public Higher Secondary School is a public higher secondary school in Daur, Pakistan.
The school became a high school within the period of three years and Higher Secondary School/College in 2014. T.E.S Public Higher Secondary School is registered with the Directorate of Private Institutions, Education & Literacy Department,Govt. of Sindh Karachi and affiliated and recognized by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad Sindh.
Library
The T.E.S Public Higher Secondary School library is called Buxal Khan Jamali Memorial Library and was established by Mr. and Mrs. Karam Ali in remembrance of their beloved father Buxal Khan Jamali. It has more than 3000 books.
Segregation
Generally boys and girls are segregated from secondary level (from I) otherwise there is co-education system for the pre-primary sections.
Time duration
The academic year is divided into two terms of equal duration:
- First Terminal April–October
- Second Terminal/Annual October–March
Summer vacations are usually in June and July.
Houses
The four houses are Jinnah, Latif, Khalid, Z. A. Bhutto and Ibn-e-Qasim. They inculcate a competitive spirit amongst students in curricular and co-curricular activities.
