Suhache Rock (Bulgarian: скала Сухаче, ‘Skala Suhache’ \ska-'la su-'ha-che\) is the rock off the northwest coast of Robert Island in the South Shetland Islands extending 270 m in east-northeast to west-southwest direction and 50 m wide. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.
The rock is named after the settlement of Suhache in Northern Bulgaria.
Location
Suhache Rock is located at 62°19′25.3″S 59°42′35″W / 62.323694°S 59.70972°W, which is 420 m west of Heywood Island, 850 m north of Rogozen Island and 1.64 km east of Potmess Rocks. British mapping in 1968 and Bulgarian in 2009.
