Subramanyan Ramaswamy

Subrahmanyan Ramaswamy was the fourth Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Pondicherry, then Pondicherry. He served from March 6, 1974 to March 28, 1974 and July 2, 1977 to November 12, 1978.^[1]
