Stefano Salvatori (born December 29, 1967 in Rome) is a retired Italian professional football player.

Salvatori played as Hearts beat Rangers in the 1998 Scottish Cup Final. He scored once during his spell at Hearts in a 3-1 win at Dunfermline Athletic.[2]
