Liquor Party

The Liquor Party (Swedish: Spritpartiet) is a political party in Sweden, that concentrates on healthcare issues in the area of too much drinking and the bad effects of alcohol. It regards itself as cross-political single-issue party. It was founded in 2009 by actor Benny Haag.[1] The party ran in the Swedish general election, 2010 on September 19 and gained 237 votes becoming the thirteenth biggest party outside the parliament.[2]
