Sequence-controlled polymer
Sequence-controlled polymers are macromolecules in which monomer units of different chemical nature are arranged in an ordered fashion. For example, biopolymers such as DNA, RNA and proteins contain ordered sequences of monomers. Non-natural sequence-defined polymers can also be prepared using synthetic methods such as solid-phase synthesis.
