Seiko Niizuma (新妻 聖子 Niizuma Seiko, born 8 October 1980, in Sobue (now Inazawa), Nakashima Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, Japan)[1] is a Japanese actress and singer. She is represented with Production Ogi.[1]
