Synaptotagmin binding, cytoplasmic RNA interacting protein, also known as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein Q is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SYNCRIP gene.[3][4][5]

Interactions

SYNCRIP has been shown to interact with ACF,[4][6] APOBEC1,[4] SYT7[7] and SYT9,[7]
