William Ryan Kelly (born October 30, 1987) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Atlanta Braves in 2015.

Kelly attended Hilton Head High School in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and Walters State Community College in Morristown, Tennessee. The Pittsburgh Pirates selected Kelly in the 26th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft.[1] During the 2010–11 offseason, the Pirates traded Kelly to the Oakland Athletics for Corey Wimberly, and then to the Texas Rangers for Guillermo Moscoso.[2][3] After the 2011 season, the Rangers traded Kelly to the San Diego Padres for Luis Martinez.[4]

Kelly signed as a free agent with the Braves in November 2013,[5] and was promoted to the major leagues on June 28, 2015.[1][6] He made his major league debut on June 30 against the Washington Nationals, pitching one inning, in which he gave up one run on two hits, while recording a strikeout and a walk.[7] He was released on March 5, 2016.[8]
