Rovshan Safarov (Azerbaijani: Rövşən Səfərov) - Azerbaijani paralympic judoka, acting in a weight up to 81 kilograms and category B2 blindness, gold medalist of the European Championships of 2009 and silver medalist of the European Championships of 2015. Bronze medalist of the World Championships of 2010 and 2014. Representing Azerbaijan at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London and at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, which won the bronze medal.
