Rachel Millns (born 21 August 1990) is a New Zealand model, hairdresser and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2014 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant.

Millns was formerly a hairdresser and currently she is working as model.

Miss New Zealand 2014
Millns was crowned as Miss New Zealand 2014 or now called as Miss Universe New Zealand 2014 represented Kapiti Coast at the conclusion of the national pageant finals held at Sky City Theatre, Auckland, on 18 September 2014. She succeeds Miss Universe New Zealand 2013 - Holly Cassidy. The first runner-was Monique Cooley and the second runner-up was Becky Hingston.
