Pola is a third class municipality in the province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 32,984 people.[3]

Pola is the birthplace of former vice president and veteran ABS-CBN broadcaster Noli de Castro and DZMM Broadcaster and Field Reporter Noel Alamar.
