Pat Chapman is an English women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She was a member of the England women's national football team.[1] She played her first interland on 22 June 1966 against Wales. She was part of the team at the 1984 European Competition for Women's Football. On club level she played for Southampton in England.[2]

After her career she became football manager of Red Star Southampton, and finished second at the 1991–92 WFA National League Premier Division.
